Job description:
We are seeking experienced Female Mental Health Support Workers for ongoing and ad-hoc shifts, including long days and nights. This role involves supporting female service users (18+) in a Level 2 rehabilitation unit, working with individuals who have mental health needs, Personality Disorders (PD), and co-morbid conditions such as mild learning disabilities, physical health issues, or those transitioning from CAMHS services.

Job requirements:
- Mental Health Experience (6 Months plus in Care Homes/Hospital experience)
- PMVA or CPI Safety Intervention Training (essential)
- Full UK right to work (essential)
- Ability to drive (preferred)
- Oliver McGowan Trained (preffered)
Pay Rate:
The pay rates for this role is £13.90 - £18.60 per hour.
