Job description:

We have an exclusive opportunity available for Full-Time agency Nurse looking to do ad-hoc nights shifts within a Care Home with nursing located in the Wiltshire countryside. The home provides residential, nursing, respite, palliative and dementia care.

In this role, you'll lead a care team to provide outstanding care, creating comprehensive care plans and risk assessments within regulatory frameworks. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation through modern technology, overseeing medicine management, and making timely decisions. Your clinical skills will be crucial in guiding and supporting the team, and you'll also play a role in mentoring others in accordance with the NMC Code.

Job requirements: 

• An active NMC pin
• DBS on Update Service

Pay Rate:

The pay rates for this role is £30.00 - £40.00 per hour.
